1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StudyAbroad Guide BD (studyabroad.edu.eu.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Nature of the Service

StudyAbroad Guide BD is a free, independent educational information portal. We publish general guidance, fee data, visa requirements and scholarship information for Bangladeshi students considering higher education in India, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Malaysia, and for medical degrees abroad.

We are not an education agency or consultancy. We are not affiliated with, appointed by, or paid commission by any university, educational institution, or government body. We charge students nothing and we do not process applications, collect tuition, or represent you to any institution. Any assistance we provide over WhatsApp is informal, unpaid guidance — not a contracted service.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all data accurate and up to date, and every destination guide links the official government or university page each figure came from. Nevertheless, tuition, scholarship amounts, visa financial thresholds and immigration rules change every intake, sometimes without notice.

You must verify every critical figure directly with the university, the relevant embassy or the responsible government body before making any academic, immigration or financial decision. Figures on this site carry a "Last reviewed" date; treat anything older than that date as requiring re-verification. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on content published here.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, immigration, financial, medical or professional admissions advice. Our researchers hold ORCID credentials and publish academic work, but their publications and opinions are their own.

This applies with particular force to two areas. Immigration: we are not licensed immigration advisers in any jurisdiction, and visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant authority. Professional registration: where we discuss medical, dental, nursing, pharmacy, engineering or legal qualifications, only the relevant national council — for example the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council — can determine whether a foreign qualification permits you to practise. Confirm your position with that council in writing before enrolling anywhere.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on this site — including articles, fee tables, comparisons, and scholarship calculators — is the intellectual property of StudyAbroad Guide BD / Western Bangla Education. You may share content with attribution (link back to this site). Commercial reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Analytics and Cookies

By using this site you consent to our use of Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WSF2JVRZ5E) to measure aggregate usage, as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics cookies are not used for advertising, and Google advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled for this property. You may block these cookies at any time without losing access to any part of this site.

7. Enquiry Forms and WhatsApp

The enquiry forms on this site do not submit data to us. They assemble your answers into a pre-filled WhatsApp message which opens in your own WhatsApp application; you choose whether to send it. Once you send a message, communication is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, and by these Terms. We make no guarantee of response time, and an informal reply from us is guidance, not a professional opinion or a commitment of any kind.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, republish or resell our fee tables, comparisons or guides as part of a commercial education-agency offering.
• Represent yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of StudyAbroad Guide BD.
• Use our content to solicit fees from students for services we provide free of charge.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure.

9. External Links

This site contains links to university websites, government portals, and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any external site. Links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyAbroad Guide BD and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dinajpur, Bangladesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
